尊敬的先生/女士，您好！

   因为COVID-19的原因，为了减少病毒的传播和维护大家的安全，今年三江会馆的春祭公祭活动取消，但您可自行前去祭拜！

相关安全措施：

  1. 拜访公祠采用预约制，所有访客需预先向我们登记访问时间，以免人多拥挤。请致电三江公祠：62712870，或致电三江会馆办公室：63321487/63339790进行预约。没有预约将不被允许进入。
  2. 所有访客在公祠期间须时刻戴上口罩。
  3. 根据政府规定，仅开放给已完成疫苗接种、在过去90天内从冠状病毒中康复、具不符合疫苗接种条件的医生证明书及13岁以下的访客
  4. 扫描Tracetogether访客登记码进入/离开。
  5. 同一时间、同一家族拜访人数不得超过5人，逗留时间不得超过45分钟。
  6. 如果同一时间公祠人数超过限定标准，请您耐心在外等候。
  7. 严禁在公祠内进食。
  8. 严禁在公祠折叠金银纸。
  9. 为避免火患发生，庙堂内严禁烧香点烛，香火蜡烛及帛金等请统一在底层厅堂焚烧。

公祠有CCTV进行监控，违反以上规定者，我们将会上报地方当局。

QIN MING NOTICE

In view of the current Covid 19 situation, in order to protect our own well-being and the well-being of our families & relatives, we have decided to cancel our annual Qing Ming Festival event.Members/public can continue to worship their ancestors at our columbarium on their own.

Members of the public are also reminded to adhered to the following:

  1. Book a timeslot on a first come, first serve basis.  All entry to the temple is strictly by appointment.  Please call 62712870 or office Tel No. 63321487/63339790
  2. Visitors are required to wear a mask at all times and adhere to safe distancing measures.
  3. Only for those who are fully vaccinated, recovered from COVID-19 within the last 90 days, medically ineligible with doctor’s notice, or children aged 13 years and below
  4. SafeEntry strictly via TraceTogether app or token.
  • Each household is capped at a maximum of 5 pax at any one time and prayer limit to a maximum  of 45 minutes.
  • If the number of people at one time exceeds the limit, please wait patiently outside
  • Strictly no eating at the temple premises.
  • Strictly no folding of incense papers at the temple premises.
  • Religious activities such as burning of joss sticks/joss paper is prohibited within the niche area as to reduce Risk of FIRE.   Burning of joss sticks/joss paper areonly  allowed at designated area.

10）Not to leave any food offerings behind after prayer.  Our helper will discard it if    nobody is attending to it, in order for the next visitor to use the place.

Keeping the public area clean to prevent mosquito breeding or rat infestation.

We have installed CCTV to monitor the activities in the temple.Non compliance will be reported to local authorities for actions.
